Voices from Port Outreach is a ‘weblog’ to help visitors and the curious understand Port Outreach and the lives of its nagara. Because of Port Outreach’s unique position on Mother, our people and our ways are often misunderstood or misconstrued. We hope reading our entries will help people from all over recognize the universality of personhood they share with us.
At least that’s the pitch we gave the City Council. Mostly we came up with it over dinner one night and it seemed like a good excuse to talk about ourselves, and who doesn’t like that?
We do have some rules though — only citizens of Port Outreach may post on the Voices blog, but anyone may comment. Visitors are welcome to submit posts or email them to the modpod, and we’ll consider them for posting. Please sign all your posts so there’s no confusion about who you are. Posting and comments are moderated and we’re not afraid to moderate you.
Finally, if you’re ever in Twin Cables, stop by our house, the Goodbye Newsprings. We’d love to talk with you about Voices and your experiences in Port Outreach.
